PROJECT 1
Peggy worked as in independent contractor and Subject Matter Expert for Auto Claims for an Insurance Company in the acquisition of another insurance company in January 2020.
PROJECT 2
Peggy saved a client $12,000 by reviewing the legal contract of an insurer who was denying payment on a claim. The insurer immediately recognized its error and issued payment.
PROJECT 3
While working for USAA, Peggy was invited to attend a mediation on a litigation case. Though she had never reviewed the case until the morning of the mediation, Peggy recognized a vital issue and saved USAA $80,000 in 15 minutes.
PROJECT 4
Peggy collaborated with Learning and Development professionals in developing various blended learning courses. She was the Lead/Senior Instructor and has facilitated diverse courses to various audiences in a classroom or in a remote/virtual environment. She recently did a Podcast for Property Liability Research Bureau (PLRB) organization with a timely topic: Engaging Remote Talent during a pandemic.
